Plantalgarve is a company dedicated to the production of horticultural, aromatic, and ornamental plants. It attempts to meet the agri-food market according to the demands of industries, horticultural producers, exporting companies, among others.
To this end, it bases its activity on the following aspects:
- Anticipating future demands from the food sector such as agro-industries, producer organizations, exporting companies, etc.;
- Improving and organizing the company's operation in all sectors, in order to have total confidence in the product made available to the market and greater satisfaction and safety of employees;
- Qualifying employees for the tasks they perform in order to increase productivity, self-confidence and to make them more responsible;
- To provide a good working environment for employees, providing them with the technical and human resources necessary for the proper performance of the tasks inherent to their functions;
- To provide a product to the market that satisfies the needs of the customer;
- To control significant environmental aspects, thus ensuring correct environmental performance through a commitment from Management to pollution prevention and the minimization of associated impacts;
