Grafted Plants

Grafted vegetable plants are more resistant to soil-borne diseases and show greater vigor and productivity due to the stronger root system of the rootstock. These plants can have a longer production cycle, and the fruits obtained may exhibit higher quality. These advantages compared to traditional plants have led to increased demand from producers. At Plantalgarve, we produce grafted plants of watermelon, cantaloupe, melon, tomato, pepper, and eggplant.
